Yes, Thrive Family Clinic is a Primary Care Clinic. We provide preventive care in the form of immunizations, well child check-ups, and adult well exams. We also provide care for people with chronic illnesses including – but not limited – to high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, thyroid problems, etc.

Yes, you can make an appointment with us even if you don’t have health insurance, and we offer affordable pricing for self-paying patients. You can also create a payment plan. Please contact our front office administrator for more details.

Your payment responsibility depends on the type of plan you have. We recommend that you contact your insurance company to determine your financial responsibility before the day of your visit. Most patients with insurance are responsible for an out-of-pocket copay or deductible – which must be paid in full prior to your scheduled visit. If your insurance plan does not cover the full visit or service cost, you will be responsible for the remaining balance or coinsurance payment after the visit.

We currently accept patients of all ages – from newborns to elderly.

Patients with In-Network Insurance are required to pay the co-pay or deductible prior to the visit. Patients with Out-of-Network Insurance or No Insurance are required to pay the full cost for visits, labs, and procedures after the visit or service.

From 2 months to over 65, we offer preventative vaccinations to stay healthy and symptom-free. Vaccinations are free for patients with insurance and discounted for patients without insurance.
